Multi-phased project to improve existing park facility by providing much needed amenities.

Study Highlights

• Develop concept drawings and cost estimates for individual park components
• Assist in fund raising and grant writing efforts
• Design includes amphitheater, performance stage, the adaptive reuse of a bridge ruin for a “bridge pavilion” space for catered events
• Environmentally friendly lawn parking lots are incorporated into the design for overflow conditions
• Amphitheater makes use of the local sandstone salvaged from the washed out bridge
