The second adaptive reuse in 25 years, this former historic woolen mill was turned into factory retail clothing outlets in the 1980s. The first phase of a three-phase project included the adaptive reuse of 17,000 square feet of space for use as classrooms, computer labs, administrative offices, reception and EMS labs.
GDA worked within $18 per square foot budget and provided cost estimates which came within 1% of actual construction costs. GDA completed construction documents and code compliance review within 60 days and maintained a fast-paced processing of shop drawing submittals to assist with an aggressive construction timetable.
