Description
Grove & Dall’Olio was commissioned to design the first retail store for an upstart company which showcases fine objects and furnishings for the home.
The 4,000 square foot store is located in an upscale community outside of Chicago.

Project Highlights

• Renovating an existing retail space, both interior and exterior, for new retail client.
• Developing an exterior storefront design which respects the architecture of the commercial center.
• Accelerated schedule with contract documents completed on a fast-track basis.
• Modified existing interior “features”, blending them into the new design.
• Conformed with strict commercial covenants.
