Description
Preparation of a marketing plan of almost 300,000 square feet for the adaptive reuse of former industrial space into a new mixed use community. The plan includes a combination of commercial office and retail spaces,
residential lofts, interior parking, eating establishments and exterior plazas and gardens.

Project Highlights
  • Proposed plan incorporates restoration tax credits for artist live/work lofts
  • Provided schematic designs which incorporated existing rail on site for access to remote parking
  • Provided tenant user research for prospective tenants
  • Prepared summary of the history of the site
