Description
Renovation of a 9,000 square foot, Pre-Civil War hotel building for re-use as a mixed use office and retail center. The $1 million project involves the restoration of the exterior brick and limestone facades, the restoration and recreation of a the original cornice and three story porch, the repair of the roof and a complete restoration of the building’s condemned interior.
