Description
Working in association with Noelker & Hull Associates, GDA prepared plans and elevations of a two story 12,000 sf addition and 10,000 sf of interior renovations to Perkins.

Project Highlights

• New food service design featured an open “bistro” concept including a brick oven, mobile servers and coffee bar
• Expansion of dining room facilities including banquets, bar seating and separate quiet dining rooms
• Alterations and additions to the existing kitchen design
• New office suites for Student Health, Student Affairs, Housing & Food Services
• Design included a 2200 sf multi-purpose room for student/faculty use
