Description
Preliminary conceptual study of the development of a two-mile waterfront park intended to link City Parks with inner city residents and stimulate economic growth. Work included photographic survey and documentation of the Tuscarora Creek and the historic structures and properties which adjoin it. Rendering depicts recreational and commercial uses.

Project Highlights

• Recording the ownership and zoning ordinances of all adjoining properties
• Preparation of architectural information pertinent to submission for State funding
