P R O J E C T   D E S C R I P T I O N

Multi-phased project to improve existing park facility by providing much needed amenities. GDA developed concept drawings and cost estimates for individual park components and assisted in fund raising and grant writing efforts. Design includes amphitheater, performance stage, the adaptive reuse of a bridge ruin for a "bridge pavilion" space for catered events. Environmentally friendly lawn parking lots are incorporated into the design for overflow conditions. Amphitheater makes use of the local sandstone salvaged from the washed out bridge.
