The Loy Foundation purchased a 1930's Art Deco Coca-Cola bottling plant with the intent to create a cultural resource and fine dining establishment for Hampshire County.   GDA was selected to design additions to and adapt the industrial facility into a multi-purpose cultural center and restaurant in a three phase development.

GDA prepared a successful Cultural Resources grant for phase one..   GDA led public meetings which included several different local groups and generated consensus among participants.   From meetings with local organizations, GDA identified a new specialized use, a culinary institute for early American cuisine.
