GDA prepared a phased plan and construction documents for this 300,000+ SF complex for its adaptive reuse as a new mixed-use community. The plan includes a combination of commercial office and retail spaces, residential lofts, interior parking, eating establishments and exterior plazas and gardens. The plan incorporates restoration tax credits for artist live/work lofts as well as interior parking.
